Scheduling & Access
Clients are responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled appointment time. Please secure pets and ensure utilities (water/electricity) are available during service.
Payment Policy
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, Zelle, and other approved payment methods.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with any area cleaned, please notify us within 24 hours and we will do our best to address the issue.
Deep Cleaning Condition
Homes requiring excessive cleaning due to heavy buildup, excessive clutter, or unsafe conditions may require additional charges.
Recurring Services
Recurring cleaning services may be rescheduled or canceled with advance notice.
Liability
Kimmay Cleaning Services LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items not disclosed before service.
By scheduling service with Kimmay Cleaning Services LLC, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
